When I hobbled my way into Dr. Assadi’s office I could barely walk, was in horrible pain and had to sleep sitting up. After having x-rays done she basically told me I was a wreck, mainly due to years of self-abuse and neglect brought on by reluctance to seek help when I should have and of course when you’re young you think you’re going to stay that way forever(Boy was I every wrong!) Dr. Assadi told me it was going to take some work but she felt she could get me straightened up and functioning again. After a only a few sessions I felt some progress and after about 3 months, I was straighter, sleeping in a bed again and was able to live my life again. I find that now I have more mobility and can do things with less pain than I have in years. I had seen other chiropractors in the past but never found lasting results and always felt like I was another pay check for them. Not with Dr. Assadi! My name is Toren and I have been a patient of Dr. Assadi’s for a while now. I have been receiving Cold laser therapy for my injured Achilles tendon for a little over a couple of months now. I must say that when I first heard about cold laser therapy I wasn’t sure it would work. I injured my Achilles tendon a little over 2 years ago playing Basketball. I went through a surgery to repair it and was left with a 3 inch long inflamed and red scar that would not go away. I also had extensive pain from the injury that I sustained.
